In September, we restarted production of organic dried apple products in Süderholz and are already processing organic apples from the new harvest.
This year, there has been a slight decline in the apple harvest in the EU. Due to difficult weather conditions in European growing regions, we expect an average organic apple harvest from these areas overall.
Germany, one of the top producers of organic apples, is expecting a good harvest. Based on this, there will be sufficient association goods available – a promising start to a successful production year!
