Comprehensive analysis from the fresh apple and complete documentation right through to the finished product enable us to produce organic dried apples in accordance with the highest standards, such as dietary regulations. We source our association products (Bioland, Demeter, Naturland) exclusively from long-standing contractual partners, primarily from the 'Altes Land' region.
